What is your refund policy?
Full refunds are available up to April 1, 2019. After April 1, if you find you can't attend, you can downgrade your ticket to Online Only and we'll refund the difference. Contact Us to request a refund. All refund requests must be received by April 8, 2019, and will be processed by April 30, 2019.
If I buy a One Day Ticket, how do I tell you which day I am coming?
Contact Us to tell us which day you are coming so that we can make sure we have a lunch for you.
Do You offer student discounts?
Do I need to bring a printed ticket?
There are no paper tickets for this conference. Check in at the Registration Desk on the first day of the conference (or second day, if you aren't coming the first day), and you'll receive your conference badge.
Do you offer bulk ticket purchase discounts?
We have a Group Rate for groups of 5 or more. Contact Us to tell us how many tickets you want and we'll send you a quote. All tickets must be purchased in one transaction. Attendee substitutions can be made right up to the day of the conference, but there are no refunds on Group Tickets.
Can I upgrade my ticket if my plans change?
You can upgrade your ticket at anytime. If it is less than 48 hours before the Sleeposium 2019, we will not be able to guarantee you a lunch. Contact Us to send us your upgrade request (what ticket you are upgrading from and what ticket you want now), and we'll send you a custom invoice for the difference. Note that if you purchased an Early Bird ticket, and you are requesting an upgrade when those tickets are no longer available, you will be charged the difference between the Early Bird ticket you purchased and the Regular ticket price that you want to upgrade to.
